The Brief

Train Unilever staff in CRM.

The brief was to develop and present ‘how to’ training manuals on CRM best practises for the Unilever European Marketing staff based in Paris.

Objectives of the work

Five objectives were given by the client:

  1. Improve the buyer journey
  2. Improve operational efficiency
  3. Increase customer retention
  4. Lower acquisition costs
  5. Increase sales
