Unilever Europe, working via agency Affinix, needed CRM advice and training for their European marketing team based in Paris.
Jam developed training documentation and ran presentation sessions to the Unilever marketing team in Paris, and further consultation.
This was a 3 month project and 6 months later Jam was asked back for a subsequent 3 month CRM project.

Jam advised on the organisational structure needed for CRM function, the CRM techniques and campaigns required, and the operational process required for set up (staff, structure, responsibilities, IT requirements, etc).
After 4 presentations and numerous consultations we were asked back for another 3 month project to move from design to the operational implementation process.
