Unilever Europe, working in conjunction with Affinix, required guidance and support to their European CRM team to develop and optimise CRM going forward.

The Solution

Guidance documents were written, training sessions conducted in Paris, and further consultation. In fact following a 3 month project we were asked for a subsequent further 3 months project.

CRM Training

JamComm and Affinix wrote and presented stand up sessions to CRM departments brought together in Paris.

CRM areas covered

We advised on the organisational structure needed for CRM function, the CRM techniques and campaigns required, and the operational process required for set up (staff, structure, responsibilities, IT requirements, etc).

The result?

After 4 presentations and numerous consultations we were asked back for another 3 month project to move from design to the operational implementation process.
