The Requirement

Mapa Spontex required 4 months of interim Marketing support to launch and market a range of new products in the UK.

The Solution

An interim was placed in to Spontex in Worcester.

An NPD schedule and process was set up working with Marketing and the Product Development teams, and the NPD team at the head office in Paris.

Four products were developed and launched within the 4 month period.

Business and Market Planning

A Business Plan was developed and signed off by Paris head office, and a full 4 Ps plan was written and signed off for a high spend marketing launch following a carefully planned product development programme to launch.

NPD at high speed

A total of 4 launches were completed in 4 months covering product development, marketing communications and supermarket listing work.
