Haygain Ltd, a global equine health products business, needed a redesign of their country e-commerce websites to improve user experience KPIs and conversion rate to purchase.
They had 9 country/continent based websites.
It was decided to continue using Shopify e-commerce CMS but set up a new design theme, optimise the shopping process with bespoke coding, and re-design nav and pages based on UX analysis and AB testing.
New functionality was added (including a new blog app, chat, call-back, partial payments etc) and coding to tailor the chosen theme. Multiple landing pages were designed and installed to optimise channel marketing.
Over the last 2 years the sites have delivered significant growths in sales, particularly Haygain.us for the USA market where the bounce rate has been significantly reduced, time on site increased, and the conversion rate increased by +50% over 12 months.
