Character PLC, one of the largest toy companies in the UK, asked us back to work with them on optimising their key website UX metrics (bounce rate, time on site, revisit rate, enquiries and conversion rates).

Using a combination of AB testing of pages, Crazy Egg UX analysis and GA performance analysis a range of design optimisation measures are being put in place. This section will be updated soon with the results.
