Character on board for optimisation work - Jam

We’re proud to announce Character, one of the UK’s largest toy companies, have commissioned Jam to optimise their company site.

Character want to improve the UX of their existing website against a set of KPIs to ensure that when people search for information on Character’s range they can easily find the site and get to the information and support they require.

We’ll be looking at a range of design improvements to drive UX KPIs including bounce rate, session duration. Also SEO and their ability to rank on key search terms. More information here.

Matthew has 20 years director level experience in digital marketing and website development (working at a number of ecommerce businesses including Scholastic, Dada, McAfee and The Open University). Matthew founded Jam in 2000 in parallel to his digital marketing career but over time has moved to 100% focus on building the Jam business and a team of highly qualified digital experts.
