Mapa Spontex required 6 months interim Marketing support to launch and market a range of new products in the UK.

The Solution

Products were developed and scheduled with NPD for launch, and business and marketing plans written in conjunction with Paris head office, and implemented with the UK marketing team.

Business and Market Planning

A Business Plan was developed and signed off by Paris head office, and a full 4 Ps plan was written and signed off for a high spend marketing launch following a carefully planned product development programme to launch. Careful attention to the NPD team and the intense work required to move from concepts to testing to market launch in retailers. This was quite a co-ordination effort between teams to ensure all were on the same page and in-tune with each other’s work.

A total of 6 launches in 5 months including full marketing communications programmes across the UK, and co-ordinating the launch across European offices.
